We work with each organization to choose an approach that fits its needs. Depending on the project, that may include a custom content management system or improvements to an existing platform. We'll explain how your team can update its website before handoff.
Already use Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, or another website platform? We may be able to improve your existing website without requiring your team to switch platforms.

We design with different devices and screen sizes in mind so visitors can find information and use essential website features on phones, tablets, and computers.

Questions & Answers
Is this really free for nonprofits?
C/COCA does not charge for its website services. Depending on the project, your organization may still need to pay for third-party expenses such as a domain name, hosting, or platform subscriptions. We'll discuss these costs before development begins.
How long does a project take from start to finish?
Projects typically run 3–5 months depending on scope and complexity. We work on a semester-based schedule, so timelines are tied to the academic calendar. Let us know your ideal deadline in the application and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
What kinds of organizations do you work with?
We partner with registered nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven groups in the Columbus area. We evaluate each application based on our team's capacity, project fit, and mission alignment.
What if we already have a website?
That's totally fine. We can redesign your existing site, migrate you to a new platform, or improve specific parts of your current experience. If you're on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or another CMS, we can work within that system or propose an alternative.
Do we need to be tech-savvy to work with you?
Not at all. We handle the technical work. We'll train your team on how to update and maintain the site after launch, and we stay available for questions during the transition period.
